Short Term In-Patient Care
Your loved one may require short-term in-patient care while at the hospital or in the hospice care home. In-Patient Care is ideal for patients who are in the transition phase before returning home or the doctor may have required the patient to stay in institutional care indefinitely until health conditions show significant progress.
Meantime, our hospice care staff can be assigned to visit the patient and provide hospice care assistance along with:
- Companionship and Conversation
- Meal Preparation and Feeding Assistance
- Medication Therapy Management
- Coordination with the Physician or Medical Director
